If you think it kosher to include in your textbook articles which you have written, refering solely to other articles which you have written, look no further (and if you have a job where I can publish works refering to myself, refering to myself, sign me up). If you're looking for a Progressive's Justification of how Land Use can be used as a tool of altruism and government control over citizens, order now.The authors on one hand proclaim planning to be the only tool for an ordered society while at the same time blame its failures on bad elements rather than the follies of centralized planning in the first place. They proclaim the glories of their own point of view while giving short shrift to opposing view points.If you order this book but want a complete picture of Land Use, prepare to do your own research because this book will not provide it.
Book was supposed to be in “acceptable†condition with it being described as only having some staining on it. Received it with the binding slashed through. Would not look very professional to bring this to my law school classes. The description did not match the product.
